Engraved print depicting Kenyon College, ca. 1830. The college was founded by Philander Chase, the bishop of the Episcopalian diocese in Ohio, as a seminary so that the Church could grow in Ohio. This print was an illustration in the 1847 edition of the "Historical Collections of Ohio" by Henry Howe (AL03987).
