Caption
This photograph shows the Taft Museum of Art (Baum-Longworth-Sinton-Taft House) in Cincinnati, Ohio. This Federal house in the Palladian style was begun about 1820 for Martin Baum (1765-1831), one of Cincinnati's early merchants. In 1927 it was bequeathed to the people of Cincinnati, and in 1932 it opened as the Taft Museum of Art. (AL06036)
