This shows the south end of the lake at Wade Park in Cleveland, Ohio, in 1900. The old boat house can be seen at the left. The Western Reserve University is shown in the background. The park was the first of J. H. Wade to the city in 1882. Wade planned his park in 1872 and spent thousands of dollars in its development. (AL06009)
